LOOK : We are pleased to announce that our application for accreditation as a Civil Society Organization (CSO) for representation in the Local Special Bodies of Cabanatuan City has been favorably received. The application will be formally transmitted for inclusion in the next scheduled hearing.
What does it mean to our club?
For our club, CSO accreditation means gaining legal recognition under Republic Act 7160, the Local Government Code of 1991. It allows us to be formally represented in the Local Special Bodies of Cabanatuan City, such as the Local Development Council, Local School Board, and Local Health Board (among others). This gives our club a seat at the table where important local policies and programs are planned and decided.
In practice, it means that the voice of our members and the communities we serve will now be officially heard in local governance, strengthening both our role and our impact.
