LOOK | Cabanatuan City, NUEVA ECIJA : The Rotary Club of Cabanatuan West, together with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Nueva Ecija Chapter, and the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) of Cabanatuan City District, recently visited the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology at the Cabanatuan City District Jail last Sept. 18, 2024.

Through this initiative, hygiene kits, with the support of Rotary International District 3770 Governor, Gov. Ed Trajano, were donated to persons deprived of liberty, offering them not just essential health tools but also a reminder that they are not forgotten. With the added support of PAO’s free legal consultations, this project became more than just a donation drive—but a symbol of hope and a step towards reconciliation and a better future.
