SPOTTED: The Rotary Club of Cabanatuan West came together on Friday, September 20th at 6:30 PM for a memorable advance birthday fellowship and retirement celebration in honor of our Past President, Dr. Nelson Dancel, Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center OIC-Director at Brewsco Pub.
It was an evening filled with gratitude, laughter, and camaraderie as we celebrated the remarkable service and dedication of PP Nelson.
